This strategic partnership will enable these two key market players to combine their strengths, move forward together, and enhance their performance in the supply of tooling and technical solutions.

Founded in 1946, DOGA specializes in the design, manufacture, and marketing of tools and industrial solutions for a wide range of markets, notably automotive, aerospace, and electronics. With 6,000 active customers and a significant international presence, the company offers a unique ecosystem as both a manufacturer and distributor.

Since 2007, ARMISIA Group has been built around several companies, starting with the acquisition of AMDP, followed by OCETA, and then Engineering DATA. With more than 2,000 active customers, its activities focus on the technical supply of tooling, electrical and mechanical assembly solutions, fixturing, and robotics, serving the aerospace, rail, automotive, and electronics industries.

The combination of strengths and the complementarity of the companies forming this new group will strengthen their role as partners to industrial players in France and internationally. It also aims to enhance resilience and adaptability in response to new societal and environmental challenges.
