Cette visseuse est alimentée et asservie par le contrôleur MDTC-38.
Ce contrôleur dédié est facile à régler et grâce à son mode de programmation automatique via son écran tactile couleur ou son logiciel PC il optimise le temps de vos opérations de vissage.
Vous disposez de 15 programmes avec stratégie de vissage couple/angle ou angle/couple et de 15 modèles de séquences automatiques multiprogrammes comprenant chacun jusqu’à 20 étapes personnalisables.
L'utilisation en mode séquence automatique permet de réaliser un cycle de vissage complet avec des fonctions de comptage et de pilotage d'accessoires (capteur de présence, pick to light, alarme, etc.) grâce aux entrées/sorties assignables.
Les courbes de vissage sont visualisées en temps réel.
Les données sont mémorisées et transférables via Ethernet ou RS232.
Son interface est multilingue.
L’outil est livré avec un test de calibration sur 3 valeurs de couple : 20%, 50% et 100% du couple max.
Le câble de raccordement de l’outil n’est pas inclus.
