The HDA150A spindle is designed for easy integration into automated workstations. Combined with the HDC controller, this Hybrid spindle is multi-torque and makes it possible to sequence strategies. It guarantees high repeatability and high tightening precision. Tightening is controlled by input / output.

Product description
This spindle’s design is unique.
Equipped with a high quality Brushless motor manufactured in Switzerland (Maxxon) and a pneumatically controlled torque limiter, the Hybrid spindle can execute up to 8 tightening programs and perform sequences of different torques on a single piece with counting function.
This technology allows you to multiply tightening strategies while reducing the number of tools at your workstation.
Configurable on the front panel via its HDC 40i controller or its Hi-Manager software, the tool is easy and quick to set up.
