Compact and easily integrated, the MDA3264-Q tightening spindle is designed for high-speed torque and angle tightening operations requiring precision (3%) and traceability of tightening torques (Cmk> 1.67 with +/- 10% tolerance ).

Product description
Easy to adjust thanks to its automatic programming mode via its color touch screen or PC software, it allows you to optimize your operating speed.
15 torque / angle or angle / torque tightening strategies of 10 steps each are available.
The use in automatic sequence mode makes it possible to carry out a complete tightening cycle with counting and accessory control functions (presence sensor, pick to light, alarm, etc.) thanks to the assignable inputs / outputs.
The screw curves are visualized in real time.
Data are stored and transferable via Ethernet or RS232.
