It guides the operator to ensure the right match between selected bit and tightening program, thanks to color identification.

The Color ID BST-QC bit tray can be used in two different ways: either it tells the operator which bit to use to carry out the assembly operation, or it selects the tightening program linked to the bit when the operator picks it.

Its self-learning configuration requires no machining, coding or factory setting like most bit trays. The correct bit is always assured by color recognition.
Thanks to its modular design, built around a base module and its configuration display, you can expand your system with up to 8 quick-change bit modules and simplify your workstation installations with the separator.
