Lightweight and ultra-compact, the MDH2213-A 90° C6.3 angle screwdriver is designed for microtorque tightening operations (from 0.15 to 0.68 Nm) requiring repeatability (3%) and traceability of tightening torques. It is ideal for hard-to-reach applications requiring a 90° head tilt.

Product description

This mini angle screwdriver is equipped with integrated LEDs to illuminate the assembly area and with a quick bit change (C6.3) connection.
The angle head can be rotated 360° (4 positions: 0°, 90°, 180°, or 270°).
 

Easy to adjust thanks to its automatic programming mode via its color touch screen or PC software, it allows you to optimize your operating speed.

15 torque / angle or angle / torque tightening strategies of 10 steps each are available.

The use in automatic sequence mode makes it possible to carry out a complete tightening cycle with counting and accessory control functions (presence sensor, pick to light, alarm, etc.) thanks to the assignable inputs / outputs.

The tightening curves are visualized in real time.

Data are stored and transferable via Ethernet or RS232.
